Our Returns Policy

BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEM PLEASE CALL:  07505 837444 OR EMAIL:  info@supapowertools.co.uk


FAULTY ITEMS:

•   Faulty items should be returned complete with any included extras.

•   Pack securely and send by standard Royal Mail delivery.

•   Include a note describing problem, with a copy of the purchase invoice.

•   Replacement will be despatched within 2 working days, subject to stock 

•   Postage refund will be credited to your PayPal account.

 
RETURNED ITEMS:

  

Any item may be returned subject to the following:   

 

•   The item concerned is in its original packaging.
•   It is returned within 14 days of purchase.
•   It has not been opened.
•   It has not been used.

•   No seals have been broken on the package nor any of the components 
    held within. 

•   It is in a condition such that it may be re-sold, as new, by 
    Supapowertools. 

•   It is packaged securely so that it is received by Supapowertools in good
    condition.    . 

•   Return postage to be paid by the sender and is not refundable by
    Supapowertools.
